Fire Training

  • We have weekly Tuesday night training sessions at our station. Our training is certified through the State Firefighters' & Fire Marshals' Association of Texas. Sessions may include classroom and/or hands-on training.

EMT-B Training

Our station was the host location for an EMT-B class for Emergency Medical Education and Resource Group, Inc. (EMERG).  Although we may host a similar class in the future, there are no set dates for this class at our location. Contact EMERG for availability of other course options..

C.P.R. Classes

HVFD occasionally provides the community the opportunity to learn the basic first response.
